Cloverfield Trailer
At long last the full trailer for the hotly anticipated film formerly known as 1-18-08, now titled Cloverfield.
Rather than post a crappy youtube copy of it here, i'll point you all to the apple.com site to watch it in glorious HD Quicktime.
Cloverfield is about a group of people in New York during an attack by some kind of monster.

Intriguing.
Still tells you not much more than the teaser did, aside from the fact that "Cloverfield" isn't just a code name anymore.
It'll be interesting to see if the film is actually done "Blair Witch" style and uses only the found footage, or if it mixes found footage in with the regular scenes. From the trailer, it's hard to tell. It looks like it's all shaky handheld stuff, but some of it looks a little too good for homemade. Perhaps that's just a different video source. On the other hand, if someone's compiling these videos, I guess there's at least a slightly happy ending!
(And I'm not too proud to admit that I did go frame by frame through the shot where you see the creature moving behind a skyscraper. I guess it sort of looks like a Godzilla-type monster, but it would be cool if it was something original instead of yet another remake)
