Pictaps, The Incredible Dancing Timewaster
A classic bit of fun Flash for you MS Paint virtuosos out there. Pictaps lets you design and sketch your own character with its somewhat crude interface. It converts the sketch to a 3-D representation, which then proceeds to shake its paper-thin moneymaker to an only moderately wearisome soundtrack.
The tool also gives you a link URL so you can share your creations with your friends. What sort of bizarre, shambling abomination can you make?
