Here's proof that one hundred Internet semi-savvy conservative fundamentalists can most certainly be wrong. These quotes from them (posted on various message boards and websites) range from infuriating, to dubiously unlikely, to genuinely sad.
I am a bit troubled. I believe my son has a girlfriend, because she left a dirty magazine with men in it under his bed. My son is only 16 and I really don't think he's ready to date yet. What's worse is that he's sneaking some girl to his room behind my back. I need help, God! I want my son to stop being so secretive!

It never seizes to amaze me the sheer amount of hours of fun one can have studying the idiocy of zealots of any flavor, but the uneducated Christian zealot is the best, imo. I've had many an intelligent conversation with well-educated Christians, but these people... they are not them! ;)

Before you get really pissed off at this guy, know that he is one of the few on that list to actually get something mostly right about the Bible:
Deuteronomy 22:28-29(NIV)
28 If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered,
29 he shall pay the girl's father fifty shekels of silver. [a] He must marry the girl, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.
My heart goes out to that woman's son. The internal debates he must be having about himself must be terrible. Not to mention the horrible situations he is going to find himself in if his parents ever find out the truth.
