James Bond 22 Cast

Variety has the story on the casting of the new 007 picture, and it sounds pretty good so far.
In the director's chair, Marc Forster says he'll deliver a probing, psychological Bond film, which should come as a real shock to his fans of his two-fisted spy thrillers Finding Neverland and Monster's Ball. The new villian, Mathieu Amalric, has been driving critics wild in The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, Daniel Craig will naturally return as Bond, and his American wingman will be the brilliant Jeffrey Wright (Basquiat in Basquiat), also reprising his role from Casino Royale.
Well, of course it's pretty daring to cast a Bond supervillain with an effete European accent (wow, I'm so sarcastic today!), but the real excitement here is the slash fiction that will be generated by casting Belize from Angels in America opposite George Dyer from Love Is the Devil. Hubba hubba!
