Playboy's Average Ladies

I'm aware that an offer of every Playboy centerfold from the last four decades won't necessarily appeal to this blog's primary audience. But what I'm actually offering is every Playboy centerfold from the last four decades merged into four vaguely attractive, entirely safe-for-work woman-shaped blurs.

Each of these photographs comprises one decade, and averages all of the centerfolds from that decade into a single image. What we end up with are some rather pretty abstract pieces, and its interesting to see how the averages appear to become thinner, whiter, and blonder as the years go by.
