Box Office Resultes 2/1 - 2/3
I have to say that my mind may just be completely blown by the outcome of this weekends box office. A movie in 683 theaters pulled in $29 million dollars. It had a per screen average of $42,459. Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour completely annihilated The Eye, which was #2 with $13 million. The Eye was in over 2400 theaters and had an average of just over $5300 per screen. Eva Longoria (Parker)'s big screen effort didn't even crack the top ten.
Never underestimate the power of a generation of girls thats all I can say about it.
