Heath Ledger Toxicology Reports In

Word is streaming out regarding the results of Heath Ledger's autopsy results. The Medical Examiner has ruled his death an accidental overdose. The toxicology report turned up six different prescription drugs, including generic versions of Vicodin, antidepressants, and more. He had been taking these drugs for a while and the cumulative effect caused respiratory failure.

Again, the M.E. has ruled his death was accidental and there has been no mention of any illicit drugs.

Heath Ledger was 28 years old.
