Hess Couple's New Movie Involves Gentlemen And/Or Broncos
The married couple responsible for Napoleon Dynamite (wonderful, even though we're all still recovering from a catchphrase explosion that rivaled Chernobyl) and Nacho Libre (intriguing but a tinge unsatisfying) is planning another foray into indietastic filmmaking.
Gentlemen Broncos stars Michael Angarano as a high school student whose idea for a fantasy novel is stolen by a writer played by Flight of the Conchords' Jemaine Clement. Clement previously starred in the charming Eagle vs. Shark, which coincidentally (or not?) was described by many as the Napoleon Dynamite of New Zealand.

I was a fan of neither NAPOLEON DYNAMITE or NACHO LIBRE but if Clemen is in this new, I may have to go see it. Between EvS and Flight of the Conchords he's become a favorite low key comedian for me. Hell, I still love the old Outback Steakhouse commercials he used to do.
