Ohio Mourns Champion Cornholer

The world of cornholing has been rocked by the news that cornhole champion Charles Farfsing, considered by some a master of the art of the cornhole, passed away Sunday night while jailed on DUI charges.
Farfsing most recently demonstrated his cornhole prowess as a member of the team that took home first place in two consecutive Carson Palmer Cornhole Classic tournaments. He was 53.
For anyone uninitiated in cornholing, the Cincinnati Enquirer explains,
Cornhole involves tossing bags filled with dried corn into holes in boards. [Farfsing's cornhole partner Randy] Atha said Farfsing coined the phrase, "Go to your hole!"
Words to live by.

That's awesome! OK, not the death thing, but the cornhole reference.
When I moved away from Cincinnati, people looked at me like I was crazy if I even so much as mentioned Cornhole. The rest of the midwest calls it Bags, as I learned, and it's not really that big of a deal anywhere else.
It's a huge thing there though. During the summer, bars will have cornhole set-ups out back, driving down the street you see tons of people in their yeards playing, tournaments, fraternity/soririty mixers, you name it! If there was beer involved, there was probably some Cornhole action. While I'm not saying any of this to be comedic, please feel free to make the inuendo yourself ;)
