Spinning Lady Makes My Brain Angry
I was something of an enthusiast of optical illusions as a kid. I like the idea that things aren't necessarily what they seem.
So I was mildly dazzled by this neato visual oddity. Depending on how your brain happens to be oriented, this woman can appear to be spinning in either direction. It's possible for any single person to see her spin both clockwise and counterclockwise, but it's surprisingly difficult to force your brain to reverse her direction once you've gotten used to one of them. It takes some serious mental gymnastics in my case; an onlooker might observe me resembling a character in Scanners.

I always considered myself more of a left brain person, but I could only see her spinning counterclockwise. Stupid brain!
Oh god, I actually saw her spin both directions at once... My spine hurts from looking at that...
