That's the ad copy for a type of contact lenses gaining popularity in Japan that purports to make the irises of your eyes sort of ridiculously huge.
You know, I didn't really think there was a surgery for this sort of thing. What is it, an animectomy? Thanks, but I think I'm doing pretty okay in the crave and envy department.

wow, I don't know what's more frightening, the fact that this exists, or that their lenses are better because, unlike competitors, the color won't run onto your eyes.

i think the actual surgery that mimics this is scarier...they dont actually change the eye, but they cut the shit out of the eyelid to make it more "western-y" A lot of the Korean girls in my neighborhood have it. The first time i saw one of my friends after she got it, i nearly pissed it scared me so bad
My better half showed me this, and I have to admit, I don't really know what so creepy about them. It's not attractive really, but whatever floats their boat, I guess. She just looks really surprised by something to me.
