A Witches Of Eastwick TV Show? Charmed, I'm Sure
ABC has ordered up a pilot for a TV series based upon the 1987 film The Witches of Eastwick, which is about three women who develop magical powers and personal empowerment.
Didn't we totally do this already? Didn't we call it Charmed?
Actually, Fox ordered up a pilot for a Witches of Eastwick series back in 2002 that never quite panned out. We'll see if this new series gets picked up, and if it brings anything new to the "trio of magical ladies" genre.

Interesting idea, but still too close to the Charmed trip. Sure, these ladies may be squeezing their power from the neither-regions of a demon/devil instead of someone's verson of the feel-good wiccan arts. It'll be an interesting line to travel too, then you may even get a peice of the "Sex in the City" feel.
Time shall tell.
