Retrophilia: It's Cher, Bitches!
retrophilia (ret troh FEE lee uh) n. 1 An intense attraction for things of the past. 2 a weekly series for popsucker wherin the irrepressible Wootini reveals the horrors of the past to the present to avoid making the same mistakes in the future.
That little thumbnail to the right is tiny, but I'm sure you all know who that is anyway. And if you don't, the title of this entry should've probably given it away. And of course, you know that sometimes she can be a little wacky... but let me tell you — you have no idea!
How can I refuse? Pretty easily, really.
Ain't no way I'm going home with Cher looking like that. At best, we're modeling for a Frank Frazetta painting. At worst, she wants my help saving her kingdom from Skeletor or something.
Either way, it's a polite "No, thank you."
(Although I did love Sophie Ellis-Bextor's cover of this tune!)
